Can I use algone for my 180 liter of tank

Yes. Algone for Aquariums 5 – 110 gallons is the right choice for a 180 liter tank.

I just want to know if it’s okay to put the algone packet in the filter next or behind the filter cartridge in my tank will it still work. Because that’s what I did I put it behind my cartridge filter in my filte?

There’s no one particular place to put Algone, although you want to place the pouch where there is good water flow. So your placement is a good choice.
